Jobbie Nooner 2010

jobbie nooner 2010Today is the annual Jobbie Nooner blast on Gull Island at the north end of Lake St. Clair. The party, known for heavy drinking and rewarding women with plastic beads for baring their breasts, is held every year around the automakers’ vacation for model changeover.

The party’s name was given by contract auto employees who left the job at noon to go party on the lake.

Don’t know where Gull Island is? Just follow the boats on Lake St. Clair. It’s the only way to get there.

Come back for photos and more from the Jobbie Nooner.
