Musician Shania Twain

The ever so young and beautiful Shania Twain, is among the top female artists of the field and is renowned worldwide for her music. She is a Canadian born musician and song writer, and specializes in soft rock, pop and country. She was born into a poor family, and therefore, her parent seeing her beautiful voice, had her sing during the night, at a club. She has often admitted that she had a very hard childhood and she loathed going into clubs and bars performing for people under the influence but it was the music that got her through these hard times and eventually made her life easier.

As she grew older, she worked hard to start a music career and was approached by many different people in the Canadian music industry. She released her debut album in the year 1993, which was her ticket into the music scene. Although this album wasn’t a total success, and only reached till number sixty seven on the US billboard but it did get her good reviews and this was the first milestone of her career. After that, she released her album entitled “The woman in me” which was a hit beyond her wildest dreams. She reached the top of US and Canadian charts selling millions and got her well deserved worldwide recognition through the music of this album. After this, she released many other albums and earned a name for herself in the world. Today she is among the top female artists of the world. Personally, she has a very private life, she married John Lange and they have a son. She divorced him when it was announced that he was having an affair with her best friend. In 2001, she married a business man Frederic Thiebaud and they are living happily together.
