The Hard Times of RJ Berger Season 2

The hard times of RJ Berger is a comedy series that is aired on MTV and revolves around the life of a High School student, RJ Berger. He is a shy and awkward kid who does not socialize much and is pretty much ignored by everyone. Among his closest friends are Miles Jenner and Lily Miran. Miles is a humorous kid with dreams of joining the popular clan of the school, a dream that gets him into trouble and every now and then is responsible for a rift between him and RJ. Lily Miran on the other hand is more like RJ, not very out going and hesitant to come in the lime light. The program involves lots of love affairs of the many teenage students and stories of hurt and betrayal.

RJ seems to have fallen for the most popular and beautiful girl in school, Jenny who never notices him. Lily on the other hand has feelings for RJ who considers her nothing more than a good friend. This comedy series is considered by critics as a teenage drama and mostly target audience in that age and stage of life as many crucial teenage problems are discussed very candidly in the show. This show, at its debut got good ratings however many critics have time and time again said that it is intended for a small group of audience, that being teenagers. Many have said that this show is the modern version of the show “The wonder years” which aired from 1989 to 1993. The first season premiered on MTV in the year 2010 and the series was a hit. With only thirteen episodes in the first season, viewers are waiting for the second season now anxiously. This series is among the most popular MTV shows that ever aired.
